We don't publish deep cleaning rates, because a number on a page is either wrong for your home or hedged into meaninglessness. What we do publish is exactly how the quote is built — so nothing about it is a surprise.
What sets the price
- Layout. Studio through five-bedroom villa. Bathrooms count as much as bedrooms — they're the most labour-intensive part of the job.
- Condition. Time since the last deep clean is the single biggest factor. A home maintained quarterly takes materially less time than one untouched for two years.
- Furnished or empty. An empty home is faster. A furnished one means moving and cleaning behind everything.
- Add-ons. Upholstery, mattress, carpet or balcony work, if you want them.
What doesn't change it
- The price is fixed before we arrive. Not an estimate, not a starting point.
- No day-of surcharges, whatever the crew finds.
- Cleaning materials and professional equipment are included.
- VAT shown separately, never buried.
- No contract, no package required. Deep cleaning is a one-off.
Getting a quote: tell us the layout, roughly when the home was last deep cleaned, and whether it's furnished. Most quotes come back within a few hours, often within minutes, from the same operations team that will run the job.

Send us a photo within 24 hours. We return the same week and put it right, free. No arguments, no assessment visit, no debate about what "top to bottom" meant. That's the guarantee, in writing.

Common questions
How long does a deep clean take?+
Most deep cleans are a half or full day, but the honest answer is that it depends on the same things the price does — layout, how long since the last one, and whether the home is furnished. We give you the expected duration and crew size with your quote, before anything is booked, so you can plan the day around it.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most clients hand over access and receive a photo report on completion.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?+
Yes — eco-conscious products and professional equipment, included in the price. We'll use yours instead if you'd rather.
How is this different from your weekly cleaning?+
Weekly cleaning maintains a standard. A deep clean resets it — appliances inside, grout, skirting, vents, behind and under furniture. Most homes need one every three to six months, or before and after a tenancy.
Can I book a deep clean without a subscription?+
Yes. Deep cleaning is a standalone one-off. No package, no lock-in.
What if I'm moving out and need my deposit back?+
